1. Purpose

These User Guidelines establish the standards of conduct for all users of the Faithfully platform, operated by HotClub Dating Inc., a corporation doing business as Faithfully. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.

These guidelines supplement our Terms & Conditions. Where they conflict, the Terms & Conditions control.

2. Account Conduct

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account, setting up agreements, and filing claims. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these guidelines and may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Faithfully account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the platform is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Agreement Conduct

3.1 Good Faith

All agreements must be created and entered into in good faith. Using the platform to create fraudulent, coercive, or illegal agreements is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Lawful Agreements

Agreements must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following types of agreements are prohibited:

• Agreements involving illegal activities or substances.

• Agreements that are unconscionable or grossly unfair.

• Agreements involving minors or individuals who cannot legally consent.

• Agreements that violate any person's civil rights.

3.3 Honest and Respectful Communication

Communicate honestly and respectfully with the other party to your agreements. Harassment, threats, or abusive communication is prohibited.

4. Relationship Integrity

Faithfully is designed to strengthen relationships, not undermine them. Use the platform responsibly and in the spirit of mutual accountability.

Agreements should reflect commitments both parties genuinely made. Using an agreement as a means of control, punishment, or coercion is a misuse of the platform, and may indicate a situation these tools are not appropriate for.

5. Privacy Respect

Protect the privacy and confidentiality of your relationship and the other parties to your agreements.

Do not share another person's agreements, evidence, messages, or personal information outside the platform without their consent. Information you can see because you are party to an agreement is not yours to publish.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Truthful Claims

Claims must be filed in good faith with honest and accurate evidence. Filing false or frivolous claims is a serious violation that may result in account termination.

6.2 Evidence Standards

Evidence submitted in support of claims must be authentic and unaltered. Submitting fabricated, doctored, or misleading evidence is prohibited.

Do not submit evidence you obtained unlawfully, or that you do not have the right to share.

6.3 Respectful Resolution

Engage in the dispute resolution process respectfully. Both parties are expected to respond to claims promptly and honestly.

7. Financial Conduct

7.1 Valid Payment Methods

You must use valid payment methods that you are authorized to use. Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

7.2 Payment Obligations

Honor your payment obligations under your agreements. While the platform facilitates payment processing, you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments. Repeated returned payments may result in restrictions on your account.

7.3 No Manipulation

Attempting to manipulate the payment system, exploit platform bugs, or circumvent fees is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Faithfully platform:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.

• Harassment, bullying, or threats against other users.

• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended use.

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent platform security measures.

• Creating agreements with yourself or with fake accounts.

9. Content Standards

Any content you upload or submit through the Service, including evidence, documents, and profile information, must:

• Be accurate and not misleading.

• Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

• Not contain illegal, obscene, or offensive material.

• Not contain personal information of third parties without their consent.

10. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating these guidelines, report it to support@faithfullyapp.com. Include relevant details and evidence to help us investigate.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Faithfully is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in urgent safety situations.

11. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning notifications.

• Temporary suspension of account features.

• Permanent account termination.

• Reporting to law enforcement authorities, for illegal activities.

Faithfully reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion. Enforcement action against your account does not by itself cancel agreements you have entered into with other users, or discharge amounts you owe under them.
